Gabriola Island

Gabriola Island feels as it stopped in time; if you are hungry post 8:00, you will stay hungry as stores are closed by that time. Restaurants even much earlier.

However, the beauty of that island gives you much more then food at any time of the day. No doubt that people on the island feel as if they need to create. Probably reason why so many artists are living there. Apparently, the most artist per person in the world. Out of 4500 people living on the island, every second one is making art.
